MX Digital instructors are experienced training professionals skilled in the development and delivery of technical training classes in the operational use of software based systems and technology. Instructors are required to hold a minimum of a BS degree coupled with 6+ years' directly related training experience within a high-tech environment.

Solution training focuses on the key elements for efficient use of the technology and the powerful feature set offered by the MX Digital Contact Centre solution. Supervisors are trained on system features and functions to ensure a sound working knowledge of the solution and its procedures. Upon completion of the course, supervisors generally train their respective agents.

Regularly scheduled training courses are offered at the MX Digital office. In addition, customised course offerings can be delivered at the customer's location.

Our "Train the Trainer" program prepares key contact centre personnel to enable them to deliver training at their own facilities. All training materials and information required to run a successful in-house program are included in this program.
